Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:45pm

The Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) program for the Northern Arapaho Tribe is funded under a 638 grant with the Bureau of Indian Affairs. The office is located at the Tribal East Complex, 230 East Main Riverton, Wyoming. This will be a full-time position, 40 hour work week, 7 days a week.

> Provide clerical assistance to the ICWA Coordinator
> Answer phone when Coordinator is not in office and take messages
> Maintain incoming ICWA inquiry and correspondence
> Needs to be able to set up a file/record management system and maintain
> Be knowledgeable of database system to maintain on daily basis
> Assist with budget management and purchases
> Provide case file management for program review purpose
Job requirements/Education:

> Must be dependable, reliable and take responsibility in employee/program requirements
> Must have clerical experience and file maintenance
> Must have at least an Associates Degree related to position
> Must be computer literate and know Word and Excel
> Must have good work ethics and history
> Must be able to work with minimum supervision
> Must have valid driver’s license, own car and insurance
> Must be able to multi-task in absence of ICWA Coordinator
> Must be able to maintain confidentiality
> Must be able to pass a background check
> Must be able to assist in travel/transport
Must submit to drug testing
