Summary: Wind River Family & Community Health Care is seeking applicants for the position of Executive Assistant. Wind River Family & Community Health Care provides ambulatory health care for the service population of the Wind River Reservation. The Executive Assistant serves as a member of the administrative team, based at the Wind River Family & Community Health Care Center, located in Arapahoe, Wyoming, and the 12th Street Wind River Cares, Riverton, Wyoming location.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text, data and graphics.
Conserves executives time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications for personnel to include, but not limited to the CEO, Clinical Director, Clinical Nursing Administrator, HR Manager, CFO, Business Manager, or Pediatric Nursing and Clinical Supervisor .
Maintains executives’ appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel.
Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or directing inquiries. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions and keeping minutes of said meetings.

Current and valid State of Wyoming drivers’ license
Must be insurable: i.e. no DWUI convictions within the last five years
Provide a current 5 year DMV printout for violations
Personal Attributes:
The incumbent must maintain strict confidentiality and high ethical standards in performing the position. The incumbent needs to be respectful, possess cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible, and demonstrate sound work ethics. The Executive Assistant position will require excellent writing and reporting skills, scheduling, a high degree of organizational ability and time management skills, along with good verbal communication skills.
