Little Wind Loans

Little Wind Loans is a “fresh” lending program available to all enrolled Northern Arapaho Tribal Members 18 years and older. It was created to significantly reduce interest rates charged for Northern Arapaho tribal members.  New loans are financed at 9.9 percent annually. Loan applicants can download appropriate form here or complete an applications at one of two offices located on the Wind River Reservation. We only accept Tribal ID’s, Driver’s License/State ID accompanied with a Certificate Of Indian Blood, Passport accompanied with a Certificate Of Indian Blood. No Prison ID’s will be accepted for any loan application. Completed applications may also be faxed or dropped off at the office locations.
